In 2012 we were exploring various tastes and combinations of flavors to accentuate our already robust Mesquite Smoked BBQ Brisket Tamale. We're not a fan of BBQ Sauces in general, nor are we fans of steak sauces. Our Serrano BBQ Sauce was developed with that in mind. We created a sauce that held the smokey flavor of the mesquite wood and didn't overpower or contrast with the beef in a way that all you taste is sauce.  Our unique marriage of our crafted sauce and Serrano Salsa did the trick.
